Jake Goodman

Co-Founder

Co-Founder of ManageLife and Head of Web3 Development, Jake Goodman, is a Former Student-Athlete at Texas A&M who was a member of the golf team and received his Bachelor’s Degree in Finance. He went on to earn his Masters’s Degree in Finance from Harvard. Jake started his crypto journey in 2016, In this time, he has designed and aided the deployment of the core NFT, market, and smart token contracts that created the financial ecosystem of ManageLife. He has spent time on multiple trade floors learning algorithmic trading and commodity trading in the energy sector. Jake is an avid supporter of cryptocurrency and is known for his deep understanding of the industry and its potential for shaping the future of finance.

Antonio (A.J.) Mata

Senior Vice President of Technology and Co-Founder

Antonio (A.J.) Mata is the Senior Vice President of Technology and Co-Founder for ManageLife Services Inc., responsible for shaping the company’s overall technology vision and ensuring its successful execution. This includes setting technology goals and objectives, selecting appropriate technology solutions, and overseeing implementation. He is a key player in driving the technology direction of ManageLife and ensuring the company stays ahead of the curve and innovative. With over 20 years of Information Technology experience and management, A.J. has a wealth of skills and knowledge in the field that he brings to ManageLife. He is a United States Marine who enlisted in 2003 and served from 2003-2008, deploying once to Iraq in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom (OIF).

Lesley Heinrich

VP of Business Relations and Co-Founder

Lesley Heinrich is the VP of Business Relations and Co-Founder of ManageLife. She is responsible for developing and sustaining connections with key clients and partners to enhance the experience of our ManageLife members. Over the years Lesley has worked in a variety of industries all while maintaining customer and staff relations as a top priority. She was owner of Exodus Systems, Inc which provided HR departments with all aspects of pre-employment screening. Lesley is a Registered Dietitian and was the Director of Food and Nutrition Services at a regional hospital. She possesses a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition from the University of the Incarnate Word and attended Loyola University Chicago Graduate School.

Alicia Ortega

Marketing Director

Alicia Ortega is the Marketing Director at ManageLife. In this role, she is responsible for analyzing and interpreting data to inform marketing strategies and campaigns. She has over five years of experience in marketing, communications, and community outreach. Prior to joining ManageLife, Alicia worked as a Marketing Administrator for Simon Property Group. Additionally, she worked as the Communications Coordinator for The City of Fort Worth Mayor’s Office. Alicia is completing her Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Minor in Business Administration from Texas A&M University at San Antonio.
